Bear with me a moment if you will.
I order my drink, and the barista, PEN IN HAND AND READY TO WRITE, asks my name.
"Cara," I reply.
He stops, thinks, looks at me, "I'm sorry, what?"
"Cara," I reply.
He looks at the cup, trying to figure out what to write.
He leans in, "One more time."
"Cara," I reply.
WHY IS THIS SO HARD?!?
